How to Connect the Power Supply to Your Intel NUC11PAH
This is a beginner-friendly guide to help you safely and successfully connect the power supply to NUC11PAH server. No tech expertise needed; just follow these simple steps.
What You'll Need:
Intel NUC11PAH unit
Power adapter that came with your NUC11PAH
The power cord that fits the adapter and plugs into your wall outlet
Steps:
Step 1: Locate the Power Adapter and Cord
You should find a black box (that's the power adapter) and a separate cord in the packaging.
Step 2: Connect the Cord to the Adapter
One end of the cord will plug into the adapter. This is usually a circular or rectangular hole. Just match the shapes and plug it in.
Step 3: Find the DC Power Jack on the NUC
Turn your Intel NUC11PAH around so you're looking at the backside of it.
You should see several ports. Look for the one labeled "19V DC" or similar. It's the hole where the other end of the power adapter will go.
Step 4: Plug the Adapter into the NUC
Take the other end of the adapter (the end that didn't connect to the cord) and plug it into the DC Power Jack on the back of the NUC. You should only be able to plug it in one way, so don't force it.
Step 5: Plug the Cord into the Wall Outlet
The free end of the cord (the one not connected to the adapter) should now be plugged into an available electrical outlet in your room.
Step 6: Turn On the NUC
Go back to the front side of your NUC and press the power button. It's usually a circular button on the front panel.
Step 7: Check for Lights
If everything is set up correctly, you should see some lights come on, indicating that the NUC is powered up and ready to go!
These steps should help you set up your Intel NUC11PAH with the power supply.
